Physics Teaching
The National Professional Master's Degree Program in Physics Education (MNPEF) is a national graduate program of professional character, aimed at high school and elementary school teachers with a major emphasis on content aspects in the Physics Area. It is an initiative of the Brazilian Society of Physics (SBF) with the objective of coordinating different capacities presented by various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) distributed in all regions of the country. Our goal is to train Master's degree level professors in the mastery of Physics content and teaching strategies, taking as a means the development of educational products and having the investigation of the teaching-learning process in the school space as the object of research.
The research and development lines of MNPEF-Polo UFLA are Physics in Elementary School, Physics in High School and, Teaching and Learning Processes and Information and Communication Technologies in Physics Teaching.
