RESUMO:

The communication between vehicles using Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) concepts is already a reality and has been the object of study by many researchers. This work proposes a framework of vehicle authentication and reputation with the objective of increasing the reliability of the messages exchanged in the network. The system also addresses the use of cell phone infrastructure rather than conventional Road Side Unit (RSU), making network deployment more feasible in the real world. With simulations, fast, secure, efficient and, above all, viable communication for vehicular network communication is expected.
